Refund Policy

🔁 Refund Policy – PT Rafexindo Berkah Semesta

PT Rafexindo Berkah Semesta is committed to providing the best service and products. This refund policy applies to all customers who transact through our official website.

1. General Provisions for Refund Applications

Customers have the right to submit a refund request if they meet one of the following conditions:

  • Product was damaged upon receipt.

  • The product does not match the order.

  • The product did not arrive within a reasonable time limit (exceeding the estimate + 7 working days).

  • Cancellation of orders before the product is shipped.

Refund requests are not valid if:

  • The product has been used or damaged due to user error.

  • The request exceeded the submission deadline.

  • Products are custom, special promotions, or non-returnable.

2. Refund Application Procedure

To request a refund, customers must:

  • Contact customer service via email or WhatsApp within a maximum of 3 working days after receiving the goods.

  • Include proof of purchase, order number, and photos/videos of the condition of the product when received (if damaged/not as described).

  • Include a complete unboxing video for damaged product claims.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests will be verified within a maximum of 3 working days.

  • If approved, funds will be returned to the customer's account within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method used.

  • Refunds can only be made to an account with the same name as when ordering.

4. Product Costs and Returns

  • In cases of damaged or incorrectly shipped products, all shipping costs are borne by PT Rafexindo.

  • For cancellations by the customer without any fault on our part, shipping costs are not refunded.

  • Returned products must be in complete condition, unused, and in original packaging.

5. Consumer Rights

This policy follows Article 4 and Article 8 of the Consumer Protection Law, where consumers have the right to:

  • Convenience, security and safety in using the product.

  • Get compensation if the goods/services do not match the agreement.
