Shipping Policy

🚚 Shipping Policy – PT Rafexindo Berkah Semesta

1. Delivery Service

We deliver products throughout Indonesia using trusted shipping services such as JNE, J&T, Sicepat, AnterAja, and cargo shipping for large shipments. Shipments are made from our main warehouse at Citra Raya Office Park, Ruko Ecopolis Blok VD 02/03, Mekar Bakti, Tangerang, Banten.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery is made within a maximum of 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.

  • Estimated arrival time depends on the destination location and the shipping service selected, on average 2–7 working days.

  • Shipping is done only on weekdays (Monday–Saturday), excluding national holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight, volume, and destination location.

  • For large purchases (wholesale), we provide free shipping options specifically for Jabodetabek or shipping via cargo expedition.


4. Receipt Number & Tracking

  • Each shipment is equipped with a tracking number that can be used to track the shipment status in real-time.

  • The tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours after delivery.


5. Delays & Risks

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping company or events beyond our control (force majeure), but we will assist with the tracking and complaints process.

  • The shipping company is responsible for any risk of damage to goods during shipping. We recommend using shipping insurance for large items.


6. Lost/Damaged Items Policy

  • If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, customers can file a claim by including video evidence of unboxing and photos of the condition of the packaging when received.

  • The investigation and replacement process takes a maximum of 7 working days from the time the claim is submitted.


7. Additional Terms

  • Please ensure the address and contact information provided when ordering are correct and complete. We are not responsible for any errors in the data.
